Trillion vs Notion databases
Capability
Lists
Product
Notion databases
In short
Notion databases live inside Notion pages. Trillion lists live beside your decisions, files and tools, for every AI you connect.
What Trillion does
Lists are tables you and your AIs keep together: fields of many kinds (text, numbers, dates, choices, tags, links to other lists, formulas, files, buttons), saved views, and rows any connected AI can read and write in a chat. A list can be shared into a space, sent by link, or published as public pages with one page per row.
What they do
- Relations link pages across databases. - Rollups aggregate through relations. - Free plan includes databases with custom properties. - AI apps read and write via Notion MCP. - MCP acts with the user's full permissions.
What they do that Trillion does not
- Databases live inside a full document editor (pages, wikis, notes). - Synced databases from Jira, GitHub and Asana. - Charts and forms with conditional logic (Business).
Their price
Plus: $10 per member/month (page does not say whether this is the monthly or yearly price)
