Each decision your AI runs here: the goal, the evidence and options it gave, every answer, your notes, and the decision. On a paid plan they are kept in a store that belongs to your account alone, with a record of every change. On the free plan none of it is kept: only how many free decisions you used this month.
For every answer your AI sends, we note when it arrived, how long it was, which AI app sent it, and whether it was accepted. We also keep counts with no link to you or your words, across everyone, so we can see which questions slow people down and improve them.
The email you sign in with. If you use a password, we keep only a one-way fingerprint made from it that is slow to guess, never the password itself. A passkey stays on your device; we keep only its public part. Personal keys are kept only as a one-way fingerprint.
Stripe handles payment and keeps your card and email. We keep only whether your plan is active and Stripe's reference to your subscription.
When you connect an account such as Instagram, you sign in on that service's own page and it gives Trillion access you can take back at any time. That access is sealed in your account and used only for what you set up: for example, reading new comments and messages on your own posts and sending the private message you chose to the person who asked for it. We keep your account's id on that service, the comments and messages that matched one of your rules (the words, who sent them, and when), and what was sent back. We do not read or keep anything else from that account, and we never post on your behalf unless you ask.
Only you, and the AI apps and keys you connect, see your decisions as you wrote them. Unless you turn it off, each decision you make from September 28, 2026 is shared so others can learn from it: it is rewritten without names, places, dates or numbers, checked again for anything that could point to you, and kept with no link to your account. Each finished decision is also rewritten the same way and published as a story at gettrillion.ai/stories; a story that could still point to you is held back. Nothing you decided before September 28, 2026 is shared or published unless you ask. You can turn either off, or take any story down, from your account; a story taken down is gone within a minute.
On Cloudflare. Rewriting shared decisions and finding similar ones uses AI models that run on Cloudflare too; your decisions are not sent to any other company.
Until you delete it. Deleting your account removes your decisions, notes, anything you shared, your password and your passkeys right away. Stripe keeps its own payment records as the law requires.
Cloudflare runs the service and stores the data. Stripe handles payment. No data is sold, and nothing is used for advertising.
From your account page you can stop sharing (removes what you shared), stop publishing stories (takes them all down), disconnect every key and app, or delete your account and everything in it.
